Somatic healing is a body-based approach that helps release tension, trauma, and old patterns stored in the nervous system. Rather than focusing only on the mind, it guides you into your body—where true healing happens.

In our sessions, you will learn the language of the body, recalibrate your nervous system, and move with greater presence and vitality. Each session includes:

  • Guided breath and movement practices to release tension and awaken sensation

  • Gentle touch or somatic inquiry to support nervous system regulation

  • Body awareness exercises to notice and shift patterns held in the body

  • Imagery and mindful presence to reconnect with your inner guidance

  • Space to process and integrate your experience safely and fully
